At about 1.5 inches deep, the soundbar keeps a sleek profile, and a compact wireless subwoofer adds deep, powerful bass. Ten speakers, including two that fire upward, fill the room with sound from the front and above. HDMI eARC links it to your TV, while Alexa, AirPlay and Google Cast bring voice control and music streaming. It also teams up with Samsung TVs through Q-Symphony and Wireless Dolby Atmos.

True 3.1.2ch Sound
Three front channels, a subwoofer channel and two up-firing channels share the work across 10 speakers. Together they create a complete audio environment for everything you play.
Wireless Dolby Atmos
Dolby Atmos places sound around and above you for movies, shows and music. With a compatible Samsung TV, Dolby Atmos reaches the soundbar over Wi-Fi. TVs with HDMI eARC send it through the included HDMI cable, and either way the movie, show or song needs a Dolby Atmos soundtrack.
Q-Symphony
Q-Symphony lets a compatible Samsung TV play its own speakers at the same time as the soundbar. The TV and soundbar work in harmony for a bigger, fuller sound.
Compact Wireless Subwoofer
A 6.5-inch woofer and an 8-inch passive radiator, both built for bass, work together inside the compact wireless subwoofer for rich, powerful low notes. It stands about 9.4 inches tall and connects to the soundbar wirelessly, so you can place it where it looks and sounds best.
SpaceFit Sound Pro
SpaceFit Sound Pro checks the room the soundbar is in and tunes the audio to it, bass included, delivering accurate sound shaped for your space.
Adaptive Sound
Adaptive Sound recognizes what you're watching and adjusts the audio to suit it, with clear voices at low volume. Voice Enhance and Night Mode are also built in for easy-to-follow dialogue and late-night listening.
Active Voice Amplifier (AVA)
Active Voice Amplifier brings voices forward when the room gets busy, like when a robot vacuum starts up. Dialogue and sports commentary stand out, keeping the story and the game in focus.
Game Mode Pro
Game Mode Pro uses the up-firing speakers and subwoofer to deliver 3D sound optimized for games. On a compatible Samsung TV, it switches on by itself in step with the TV's game mode.
Smart Integration
With a Wi-Fi connection, the soundbar's built-in Alexa and Bixby handle voice control, and the soundbar also works with a Google Assistant device. AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect stream music and podcasts to it from your phone or tablet.
Bluetooth and Tap Sound
Bluetooth 5.2 pairs phones and tablets directly with the soundbar, which is also Roon Tested for listeners who use the Roon music app. With a compatible Samsung phone and the SmartThings app, Tap Sound sends your music over when you tap the phone on the soundbar.
HDMI eARC and One Remote Control
HDMI eARC carries high-quality sound, including Dolby Atmos, from your TV to the soundbar. With a compatible Samsung TV, One Remote Control lets the TV remote handle the soundbar's power, volume and sound effects.
Wireless Surround Sound Compatible
The Samsung Wireless Rear Speaker Kit (SWA-9500S), sold separately, expands the system to full surround sound and adds modes like Private Rear Sound and Sound Grouping. The kit links to the soundbar wirelessly, and the rear speakers plug into a power outlet.
SmartThings App
The SmartThings app puts the soundbar's sound settings on a phone or tablet and supports group play, sending the same sound to other Samsung audio devices. The app uses a Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung Account.
