It replaces repeated button presses with an on-screen pointer aimed like a mouse, adds a scroll wheel for long lists and intelligent voice recognition for spoken requests. Pairing takes one action: point the remote at the television and press the Wheel (OK) button. To clear a pairing, hold HOME and BACK together for five seconds. Holding HOME and SETTINGS together for more than five seconds disconnects the remote and re-registers it in a single action.
