Specifications
Neo QLED 4K Picture for Shaded Outdoor Spaces
The picture looks bright out on the patio. This outdoor Neo QLED 4K TV is engineered to look vivid in daylight, made for shaded and partially shaded outdoor spaces, and it operates in ambient temperatures up to 122°F.
IP56 Rated for Durability
It's built to take the weather. The Terrace is designed to work in rain, humidity and dust, earning an IP56 rating under the international standard for enclosure protection. Samsung tests it by spraying the enclosure from all practicable directions for at least three minutes, and it runs at temperatures from -31°C to 50°C.
Quantum Matrix with Mini LEDs
Dark scenes stay clear outside. Precisely controlled Quantum Mini LEDs boost brightness and bring out intense detail and contrast in every part of the picture, so both bright and dark scenes keep their rich details even against a brilliant sunset. Ultimate UHD Dimming and Real Depth Enhancer handle the fine light control.
NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor
The NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor is the power behind the 4K picture, using 20 specialized networks to drive the Smart TV Hub, the sound and expertly upscaled 4K resolution. It optimizes picture quality for streaming, video games and live sports alike.
4K AI Upscaling
Everything you watch looks sharp in 4K. Whether you are streaming an HD movie, watching live sports or looking back at home videos, the AI-powered processor upgrades the content scene by scene, up to 4K resolution.
Anti-Reflection with Wide Viewing Angle
You get a clear view from any seat. Anti-reflection technology limits light distraction and reduces glare in the open air, and the wide viewing angle keeps the clarity and contrast when you are out and about in your favorite shaded outdoor space.
Neo Quantum HDR+ and 100% Color Volume
Neo Quantum HDR+ delivers enhanced brightness with dynamically adaptive scenes in 4K, with HDR10+ Adaptive and HDR10+ Gaming support, for more vivid color. Quantum Dot turns light into shades that stay true at various levels of brightness, with 100% Color Volume measured to the DCI-P3 standard and certified by VDE.
120Hz Motion and Gaming
The 120Hz panel keeps fast games and sports crisp, taking 4K at 120Hz on all three HDMI inputs with Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency Mode on every port. Game Bar puts the gaming settings on screen and supports 21:9 and 32:9 Super Ultra Wide Game View on supported PC and console games.
Media Bay and Built-In HD Base-T
Your cables stay hidden inside the TV. The Media Bay houses cables and media devices away from water and dust in a compartment that opens and closes with thumbscrews, with a 5.5 x 1.0 x 7.9 inch installation area. An HD Base-T receiver is built in as well, so a single cable carries your content to the TV.
IP56 SolarCell Remote
Your remote charges in the sun. The SolarCell remote runs on solar power, charging whenever it rests with the solar panel facing up, and it is designed for outdoor use with its own IP56 rating against rain and dust. A USB-C cable charges it if the battery ever runs down.
Adaptive Sound with 40-Watt, 4-Channel Speakers
Adaptive Sound analyzes each scene in real time and optimizes the sound to the type of content, playing through 40 watts across four channels. 360 Audio Mode adds spatial sound through compatible Galaxy Buds.
Tizen, Samsung TV Plus and Gaming Hub
Tizen puts streaming apps, free channels and games on the outdoor screen. Samsung TV Plus comes installed at no cost with live channels and on-demand movies and shows, and Gaming Hub gathers console games, cloud gaming platforms and standalone apps in one place, with a controller and a subscription for cloud titles.
SmartThings Hub
You can run the house from the patio. The built-in SmartThings hub connects, monitors and controls your smart home devices from the outdoor screen, so you can turn off the kitchen lights or check who is at the front door by voice or with the remote.
